	WE ARE SENDING OUT TICKETS Though the festival is seven months away, we have sold 6,250 tickets. Ticket sales cover half the £3.4m festival costs. A NEW PICNIC IDEA FOR 2012 The Woolpack will fill two tiffin cans with goodies including: Potted brown shrimps, tomato & thyme tart, asparagus, home-cured venison, Brian Ahearn's Pork Pie, crispy chicken thighs, new potato & chive salad and a fruit tart and artisan bread from Sally Clarke in Kensington. Details in the dining booklet which you will receive with your tickets. KAYE & A CREATIVE CHRISTMAS Based just outside Winchester in Hampshire, Kaye prepares food for 5,700 during the Grange Park five week festival. Kaye and David started Creative Catering in 1989 and their place is very impressive. EXERCISE THE GREY MATTER Save the date of our annual London quiz: Tuesday 7 February at 6.30pm. 10 tables of 8 compete for the prize - a box for 10 at The Grange next summer.
