The instructions of the King of Clubs are that everybody in his kingdom must dress as a playing card. That is not enough to make his miserable princely son laugh. A witch casts a spell on the prince and puts an end to his problems. He develops an infatuation for three oranges and travels the earth to find these dream fruits.
